Thank you for shopping with Snow Village Dubai. We are committed to ensuring that your commercial refrigeration equipment arrives safely and on time.

📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Singapore only.

For bulk or regional orders outside Singapore, please contact us directly to arrange special logistics or export options.

🕐 Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Made-to-order items (e.g., cold rooms): Lead time is typically 7–14 working days, depending on customisation.

  • We will notify you of delays caused by supply chain or availability issues.

🚛 Delivery Details

  • Standard delivery hours: Weekdays (Mon–Fri), 9am–6pm.

  • Deliveries outside of these hours may be arranged with prior notice and may incur extra fees.

  • For large equipment (cold rooms, upright freezers, chillers), please ensure:

    • Ground floor access OR functioning lift

    • Sufficient doorway clearance

    • Accessibility for pallet jacks or trolleys

💰 Delivery Charges

Standard commercial freezers From $100 SGD
Cold rooms / Large equipment Quoted separately upon order

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for bulk purchases — see product listings or contact us to check eligibility.

📍 Self-Collection (Optional)

You may opt for self-collection at our warehouse:

  • Location: 4 Ang Mo Kio Ave 12, #03-01 S569498

  • Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm (excluding public holidays)

  • Appointment required at least 2 working day in advance

❗ Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Inaccessibility of site

  • No one available to receive goods

  • Incorrect delivery address provided

A re-delivery fee may apply.

🚨 Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify the delivery personnel immediately

  • Take clear photos of the damage or issue

  • Contact us at [insert email / phone] within 48 hours

We will work to resolve the issue via replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
