❄️ Snow Village Return & Refund Policy

At Snow Village Dubai, we take pride in delivering quality commercial refrigeration products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


πŸ”„ Returns

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible. Sale, clearance, or custom-built products (e.g., cold rooms) are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at 04 575 8790 within 3 days of delivery to request a Return Authorisation (RA).

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return shipping address.

  4. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Important: Returns without prior approval or shipped to the wrong address may be rejected.


πŸ’° Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • A restocking fee (10–15%) may apply for commercial equipment depending on product condition.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or video evidence of the issue.

  • We will offer an exchange, repair, or refund depending on the case.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom cold rooms

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
